Okay so I am so nervous. I want a baby, my husband and I are perfect, we had two foster kids but they've reunified, and we looked at private adoption but it's expensive, I am scared of pregnancy and miscarriage but I want a baby. I want a family. What do I do? How can I get pregnant without....trying I guess? Tips, tricks, suggestions.
