How long should baby nurse!?

My baby is 3 weeks old, how long do they usually nurse each session? I feel like my milk supply is low and after 1 hour he still seems to be hungry

Every baby is different...it can be minutes or it can be an hour. At 3 weeks old your baby is still building your supply so needing to nurse every hour is normal and good for your supply. For the first month or two there are so many growth spurts so it will feel like your LO is constantly attached. That's all normal and good! Its hard work but SO worth it. Just feed on demand, eat enough calories and hydrate hydrate hydrate and your supply will be exactly what baby needs!

Who knows :) at that age baby should just nurse and nurse whenever they feel like it. My daughter would sometimes nurse every 30 minutes, and sometimes she'd nurse for an hour or two. Just let baby eat all he wants.

Every baby is different. I've always had an oversupply and my son used to nurse for an hour or more each session when he was that young. Just know it gets better and there is nothing you are doing wrong. My son is now 14 weeks and nurses about 20 minutes total each session.
