So my skin has always been pretty clear except for a pimple here and there, some whiteheads some under the skin marble types. But now I have these little bumps all over my face that are red. They don't hurt, they just showed up while I was sleeping all of the sudden. My mom thinks it's because I slept on a pillow without a case or that it's just summer skin but this is a huge difference. Can someone please help me?
