Pcos question! MAYBE TMI FOR SOME

I was diagnosed years ago when i was 17. Just recently started metformin . Tmi but does any one else lose interest in sex or not be able to get wet? I've had days where I can't lubricate. and days where it is basically numb down there! I'm 23 so this is strange to me.
