Swollen feet

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have never experienced swelling before! This past weekend I had a long drive and was on my feet all weekend for an anniversary party I was at. I was super hot out I thought it would go away but my ankles are still huge! I can't get into see my dr until Wednesday any suggestions to help the swelling go down?
