Idk what to do!

My husband and I got married last September! I stopped taking my bc, since then my period have been so irregular. Sometimes going all the way to a 34 day cycle. I conceived at the end of December and at 7 weeks miscarried. March 14th was my first period after the miscarriage. Now it's the 17th of April and no period yet. Took a test this morning and it was a negative. I'm just losing hope!
