What can I eat the night before my glucose testing?

So it's 11pm and my appointment is 11am tomorrow afternoon; I've hardly eaten anything today, I was super busy.. and am starving lol. Am I ok to eat sugar right now? Did anyone eat sugar the night before and still pass the test ? And what is ok for me to eat and do you recommend I eat to avoid failing? I like need to eat lol

I had a cheeseburger with cheese fries the night before and the morning of I had coffee w a cinnamon muffin and an apple.  I passed with a 97 :)

I was told to eat normal and had waffles with syrup a hour or two before and passed with flying colors!

I was only told to not eat an hour before you drink it. You don't have to fast.

I got a piece of paper from my doctors office saying eat a normal breakfast and I did! I passed mine!

Is it a 1 hour test or a 3 hour test ? I worked in the lab .. For 1 hour test there's no need to fast but for 3 hour you need to fast 10-12 hours water only

You can eat wateva just try to have a light breakfast.. Because that Drink can make you feel sick on a empty stomach.. Try to avoid fatty and sugary foods.

saltine crackers. They allowed me to eat those because the first time I did the testing I did what they said and my eat.  But when I took the test I threw it up so I told them if I don't eat anything it's going to happen again. They said saltine crackers were okay. And I passed my glucose test with a perfect score
