ripped frenulum

my boyfriend and i were having sex and all of a sudden, his penis was pushed out by a ton of blood. it really freaked me out and when he looked down, he saw that he ripped his frenulum ( banjo string ) completely off the head of his penis. i was just wondering if his blood being inside me would cause an infection ? and he's wondering if there's a chance he could get infected or if there's anything he should be worried about. please help with some advice 😪😪
