For all you mommies who have given birth already this month or given birth before: did you lose your mucus plug before you started having contractions/your water broke?? I'm a FTM and 4 days away from my due date. Started having contractions today that were strong but not consistent enough to time quite yet. I've been having signs of labor for days now but haven't lost my mucus plug or broke water. I know not everyone breaks water but Do you always lose your mucus plug before labor starts?
