Am I doing something wrong?

So my boyfriend is 22 and I'm 19 we've been together for a little over a year now and this is our first serious relationship and we want it to be our last. But for some reason he doesn't really have a strong second drive I'm noticing. Like he has a bunch of boners during the day but won't let me do anything about them and when I try to be sexy for him, majority of the time he tells me to stop. He won't go down on me or tell me why not, He doesn't like licking, biting or any of that stuff and I'm just confused because I'm the sex-crazed one in the relationship and I feel like I shouldn't be. I'm lost.
