Thrush and breastfeeding hell!
So just as I suspected, my baby has a white patch on his tongue and I have the most intense pain shooting from my breasts at all times!
I literally spent a good half hour crying last night it was so bad after trying to breastfeed again.
I went to my OBGYN , the pediatrician and a lactation consultant yesterday and all three had nothing to recommend for me to take. Just a gel to put in baby's mouth!
I'm tired and pissed and have no idea what to do.
All they had to say to me was keep breastfeeding! But how if I'm not getting treated? And if the pain is so severe! Has anyone had experience with this and what did they do?
