Odd one out..?

I am have several friends with multiples and they all have hired help. They keep asking if we will hire help as well. 
We have two boys already and they cant believe I will be doing 95% of it alone as my husband works long hours and we don't live near family. 
I feel like the odd one out, will you have help?

It'll just be me and the babes mostly. We live two hours away from our closest family. My husband is out of house usually from 7-6, plus he travels a few times a month. My doctor recommended getting somebody to stay with me for the first 6 weeks, so his mom is going to come down for the first couple and my mom will fly out for a while as well. My huband is hoping he will be able to work from home a little more often during the first year.

But no plans to hire anybody!

Can you get a mothers helper or something like that? Maybe a neighbor girl who could come over for a couple hours a day and you wouldn't have to pay her much.

I dont have that kind of money gotta learn to juggle and get through each day.

I'm due with twins they will be here November I also have 3 boys who are 2,3&4 years old.

My husband works FIFO on oil rigs doing 4 weeks on/off at a time.

It's just us and I know it will be hard but worth it.

I have no family nearby, it is just me and my husband and obviously he works full time so I like you will be responsible for most of the time with the babies....mothers do it all the time I'm not worried about it I'm excited, I'm sure there will be times when it's hard and I want to scream but I couldn't imagine hireing someone to help me (let alone being able to afford it) don't worry about it you will be fine 🙂
