Could a higher level of testosterone improve your workout?
I did a hormones test when I was 14 and found out that my testosterone level is above average took meds then and quit after some time
Anywayyy now im 21 year old and started working out a couple months ago because i felt skinny but not fit, while working out i noticed that i got faster results comparing to other skinny girls
I know that each body is different but could the higher level of testosterone helped?
