I had my merina IUD removed last week and after 4.5 years without a period I have no idea when to expect it. I was very regular before but have no idea if that may have changed (I realize that 23 to 27 changes things in terms of fertility). Can anyone share their experience? I would just like a ballpark so af doesn't sneak up on me (I am very attached to my white sheets😁) We are ttc and I'd love to know where I am in my cycle.
