Exercise routine!!
I am a gym rat! Prior to getting pregnant, I was running 4x a week. 3 miles or more each time. Then on opposite days I was taking a boxing class for an hour and then a circuit training class after! It's been over a month since I've been in gym due to pneumonia and a double ear infection. As soon as I was finally better BOOM, pregnant! I'm nervous to head back to the gym now. What are you mommas doing in the gym?
