Nerves are getting the best of me..

So I am 4 weeks and 6 days today!!! I keep seeing all these stories about miscarriages and I am freaking out a little. My first appointment is today and I am nervous about that to!!! I don't know ugh just want everything to be ok and peanut to be healthy!!!
