Did the Sonographer get this right?

Had a 14 week gender scan at one of those specialty places that says they can determine gender at as early as 13 weeks. They measured him at only 13 weeks 3 days, which I know is normal. The sonographer said BOY. However I see three lines . I'm thrilled for either, but I'm wondering what you guys think.
