Coping
This may sound really stupid to some people because I know everyone is going to deal with things in their own way.
But, my parents have a bad marriage, and there's just so much that happened in the past, they have tried counseling multiple times and now my mom said she wants a divorce and my dad said he'd be willing to try and fix it but she feels too much has happened so she isn't willing. So my dad wants to move out of state now, and I've just been really bothered by this, does anyone have some good ways to like get their mind off of things or cope? I was thinking maybe the gym or yoga or something
