1-Toys R us-- given to us when we did our registry. It was the worst out of all mostly cpl coupons and that's bout it. 

2-Buy buy baby- included coupons, averno lotion samples, samples of baby detergent, a baby bottle by Nik and a pacifier as well as honest diapers and a diaper pouch/wristlet with wipes and a diaper. Perfect to keep in the car or just to grab and go. Also given to us when we did our registry. 

3-Target- literally just go up to customer service and tell then ur there to pick up the baby registry bag. They ask no questions most of the time but they obviously expect u to have a registry I guess. This one included a baby bottle, diaper samples, a pacifier and lots of coupons. 

4-Walmart welcome box. Have to pay $5 for shipping (just google Walmart welcome box). It included a baby bottle, samples such as baby lotion and detergent. Boogie wipes and coupons. No registry needed. 

5- Sams club. No registry needed. Requested online just google sams club baby welcome box and sign up. Still haven't received it thought. Been couple weeks since I requested it. 

6-Motherhood Maternity- $2.99 for a 2 year parents magazine subscription also included coupons (really good ones) a pacifier and a baby bottle. 

7-Amazon welcome box. Must be a prime member, must complete the registry online, must order $10 from your own registry (I ordered a breast feeding swaddle which I hated so I returned it. Therefore I didn't spend anything). Once all of the above is completely and you've received the items you ordered you can request your box which is "free" of charge. Included formula samples (which I won't be using), diaper samples, free baby bottle, lotion sampelles and coupons.
