went to the hospital today bc I have yeast infection. I was giving this and told how to use it but I'm so confused. I know you insert the applicator into your vagina, what after? I put one tablet into the applicator and put it into my vagina (preferably at bedtime) and then release the tablet (Is that right?) and then I pull the applicator out and rinse. For the next 3 days. Pls I'd like to know if I'm right or wrong. I checked online for videos on how to use it properly but I didn't find anything explanatory or descriptive enough
