Why won't she nap!?!?!

My 3month old (almost 4month old) has decided she's not going to nap anymore and have complete meltdowns bc she's tired.

Please someone help!!! How do I get her to nap again!?! She use to nap really good but the last 2 days no more!

Sounds like the 4-month sleep regression. Mine is doing the exact same thing. There's nothing you can do about it, because it's caused by a fundamental (and permanent) change in their sleep patterns. Basically, they're learning to cycle through from light to deep sleep and back again like adults do. Until they get used to it, they'll be waking up more easily and having a hard time getting through a whole sleep cycle, never mind more than one.

It sucks but the only way out is through. Do what you have to do to survive. They'll adjust eventually.

My little girl is exactly the same, sleeps well overnight maybe wakes for one feed but goes to sleep straight afterwards. I can't get her to sleep for longer than 45mins at a time. She goes longer if I put her in her swing but I don't like leaving her in it for long periods of time.

My son recently went through the same thing.  He was all of a sudden super cranky for most of the day and naps were almost non-existent, even though he was still sleeping through the night ok.   I learned that it was because he was getting ready to make a developmental leap. I highly recommend the book "The Wonder Weeks".  It explains when to expect major developmental leaps and the behaviors they might have leading up to it (which include everything you've described).  It will get better soon! It's probably just a (really tiring) phase. Have you tried driving around with baby or pushing them in the stroller? I usually just give the binkie several times and they finally fall asleep. Could he be overstimulated? When mine gets overstimulated she has a hard time falling asleep.

I'm going through the same thing with my 3 month old son. He used to nap regularly but for the past 3 days he refuses to lay down. He will fall asleep in my arms but if I put him down he screams! He sleeps great through the night 7-9 hours but it can't be good for him to not nap regularly. I hope someone can give us some good advice. Even when he cries and I don't pick him up and just try to give him a pacifier and pat his back he just cries harder. I'm so exhausted and so is he during the day
