My friend, we will call B, confided to me a few months ago that his ex was pregnant was his daughter and putting her up for adoption. He had to sign over his rights around 5 months. The mother didn't have to until after the baby was born. She had a family picked out from month 4 and they drove to see her in the hospital for 3 days from hours away and she changed her mind, keeping the baby. Do you think she should've had to sign early on too? Now my friend has no legal rights to his daughter
