So, as we all know, diarrhea can be a symptom of pms-ing and for me it always tends to happen.

I am currently on my period and I recently started taking these prescription pills that I have to take for the next few weeks and a side effect is diarrhea.

It's twice as horrible because I'm on my period which already causes this.

I was wondering if anybody has any tips or remedies on how to prevent diarrhea or at least make it happen less. 😣
