Why isn't my Hcg going down quickly? :(

I hate seeing this when all I hoped it is was negative by now. I started bleeding Tuesday at 6w5d (5w5d from ovulation standpoint). My beta was 193 the day before I started bleeding, and it's been a week today since. I don't understand why its high enough for this still :( I just want to move on, it's just time standing still and there's nothing I can do. I'm ready for testing and to try again. Who knows how long it will take for my cycle to return, once I stop bleeding. Ugh. It's just so unfair.
