BFN but possible symptoms? Please read

Last month I had spotting on cycle day 22 & 23 and AF came the next day, this was 7 DPO according to bbt and was the earliest in a cycle AF has ever came. Today is CD 26 and no AF, back ache for two days, indigestion and vomiting tonight and I still have thick, creamy CM. According to bbt I didn't ovulate this month. pregnancy tests have been negative, but does anyone think it sounds like I could be??
