I had my first appointment today and I had a sac and a yolk sac but she couldn't see the embryo meaning the baby either stopped progressing or I'm not as far along as we thought. My cycles have never been regular so tracking my period is hard but I was so sure I had the right date so of course I'm worried it stopped progressing. I also found out I have a heart shaped uterus which I don't know much information about but she said that its common for women with them to have late miscarriages and that's it's significantly harder for them to carry. I don't know what to think right now and I keep crying. All I can really do is wait the 10 days till my next appointment.
