STD's

Okay, so I was diagnosied with cross contaminated Herpies, down there, a few months ago. I just got a boyfriend and I haven't told him about it yet and, I'm still a virgin and I don't want to have sex for a while, but I'm just worried that if we decide to do anything like oral, will he get it even though I don't have an outbreak? I wouldn't wish this on anyone so I'm trying to be careful.. Advice?!
