Hi everyone! I'm 26 and me and my bf just had our 3rd baby. We want to get married before this year is over. But I know nothing about the process. I did already research it for my area (California). It said to that when you go to fill out the marriage license the county clerk CANNOT help you if you have a question because it's too private information and for them not to get involved & if you have questions on how to fill out the form you must hire an attorney for help. Ok so can someone help!? -So after we fill out the license paper & turn it in how to we get the certificate? And after the certificate does that mean our marriage is final and we are done doing the paperwork? (We are not having a wedding)
