Weird leaking? (TMI)

I'm having some like leaking out of my vagina. Like its not a bunch but when I sit I can feel it run down my vagina and down the side of my leg. Its not like a huge amount, but it feels weird. I keep feeling a constant pressure to go pee but every time I try nothing comes out. I had sex with my wife earlier but went to the bathroom and cleaned up after so it's not like left over leaking. I'm only 27W3D, should I call my doctor? My stomach keeps cramping but i think it's because i may have to poo. The baby is moving up high, but not as much as normal. I'm drinking a Dr. Pepper to try an wake him up.
