Bleeding when I go number 2?

(Tmi) recently when I go for a 'number 2' I'm a bit constipated and it's always really stiff so when I wipe there's a fair amount of blood on the tissue?

I agree with what everyone is saying. I get it too when I'm severely constipated.

Another thing you can do is find a stool or pile of books to elevate your feet on, this simulates the natural squatting position and doesn't obstruct the passage for the poo to come out. Have a google into what I mean. I've tried it and it helps a lot.

Probably ripping you anus a little. If there isn't any pain, blood in your stool you should should be alright ! Keep an eye on it.

I would recommend seeing a doctor. It could just be some tearing from being constipated, but it could also be something serious. You could try drinking a lot more water or taking laxatives to help pass stools. If the bleeding keeps up, get it checked out.
