Has anyone owned or lives in a manufactured home ? If yes how do you like it ?

. my husband and i want to buy one since its much cheaper than a regular house and we could afford it right now because we have 3 kids under 5 and living in an apartment feels too small i want the kids to have space and be able to play outside. Then when we finish paying it off we could maybe buy a regular house when we have more income coming in
