Could I be in labor?

Question

I'm feeling really crampy, tons of pressure, I have sudden sharp stabbing pains that shoot down my cervix from time to time, and achy back pain that radiates to my hips sometimes. -i'm only 35 weeks and 4 days 
-Last week I was 1cm dilated when I went to the dr.

Was in the same position all day yesterday. I finally got some relief when I fell asleep from exhaustion. Not to mention I just turned 35 weeks today 😳

I always heard the pain starts in the back and moves to the front! You might be go get checked mamma

This happened to me at 30 weeks and my OB sent me straight to the hospital.  Turns out I was getting contractions 2 min apart and I needed several doses of Tocolytics to stop them.  Was told to do bed rest for a few days at least so that's exactly what I did.  Now 32 weeks and feeling much better.

Could I be in labor?
