Sharp pains 😣 need y'alls opinion

Yesterday when I got out the shower my shirt fell and I bend down to get it (not in the squat way like touch your knees bend) & I got a super sharp pain in the center of my stomach it literally felt like I had gotten stabbed in my stomach it lasted about a minute I couldn't even move ! Then later on that night I kept getting that feeling 😣 thought it was just a 1 day thing but today as well I was getting them through out the day! Has this happened to anyone? I'm 33 weeks
