Help, I'm honestly terrified.

I need some help, I haven't had a period in two months and I went to birth right here in Missouri and they tested me for pregnancy and it came back negative. What could be stopping my periods of its not pregnancy? I'm kinda really scared and was wondering if this has happened to anyone before..?
