WARNING ABOUT YEAST INFECTION SUPPOSITORIES!

Hello, ladies! I thought I'd share this with you because this freaked me the hell out until I did some research. If you take vaginal suppositories for yeast infections you may experience some pink, orang, or red discharge, or even some straight bleeding. I'm preventing pregnancy and when I saw this in my discharge, I just about had a heart attack! I was convinced it was implantation bleeding until I found tons of women who have experienced the same thing. It can occur with the 1 day, 3 day, and 7 day antifungal suppositories. If you have a yeast infection, are taking any suppositories (mine is Equate Miconazole and it can happen with monistat. Basically any suppository) DO NOT assume that spotting or pink/orange/red discharge has anything to do with pregnancy or even a period. Just wait to take a test or wait for when your period is supposed to start.
If anyone wants to check out the forum where I found the most women with experience, the link is: http://www.steadyhealth.com/topics/pink-discharge-after-monistat-treatment?page=1
I hope this helps anyone who isn't sure what's going on!
