What should I do

Okay so me and my ex fiancé broke up six months ago but while we were together I Didn't wear the ring because he wasn't doing right but one we broke I thought about pawning the ring but I decided to keep it because it's gorgeous so for the past month I've been wearing the ring to me it's a fashion statement I don't see my ex or anything or even have feelings for my ex So anyway I met someone and he basically want me to pawn it but I don't want to I'll just lock it back up do you think I'm wrong for keeping it oh and he broke up with me and we ended thing pretty bad
