Or menstrual cup or pad? Like if you're on the pill and your period is every 28 days without fail will you put a tampon in that day so you don't make a mess later lol

I do a pad until I'm actually bleeding. Tampons are so uncomfortable to me if I'm not bleeding .

I was on the patch for almost 15 years so my flow is incredibly light now. Back when I used to have a heavy flow I would put a pad on the night before because I didn't want to wake up to ruined bedsheets

No because that can lead to toxic shock syndrome - for tampons that is.

I'm not on the pill so I'm less 'in the loop' about when my period gets here, but I can still tell. The second I feel one cramp, I know it's time. I also usually spot a little a day or two prior, but the second that cramp hits me I put in a tampon. Ain't got time to wait for the blood bath, I know it's soon after.
