Skipping a period??

Is skipping a period normal? I'm a virgin but I just skipped my last period. I know I'm not pregnant but help?

I have the same problem. It might be because you don't get enough vitamins and minerals or it could be that your hormones are out of whack. I don't take birth control but I have been told that it really helps. And especially if you just started, this is totally normal.
