Fenugreek help please!

I am having to supplement with formula, I have PCOS which could possibly be effecting my ability to product pump ">breastmilk . But! I don't want to give up and am pump ">pumping and giving my sweet boy everything I can. Working on trying to increase my supply, was taking Brewers yeast tablets and staying hydrated. I bought a bottle of fenugreek but didn't notice until I got him that on the label it says not safe for women who are pump ">breastfeeding . Does this make sense? I see women recommend it all the time. Should I look for a different brand? Really want to try anything I can to up my supply. Thank you for your kind words and helpful suggestions!
