doctors appointment tommroow on why i'm 4 months late with all negative pregnancy tests 😩😩 i'm so nervous to know what's wrong... need prayers

update- my doctor is sending me for lab work tomorrow... when i got home i started spotting!! i was like really 4 months with no type of blood & the day i decided to go to the doctor my period wants to start giving me signs!! 😡 either way i will still be going for lab work tommrow 😌 hope all is well
