So I'm horrible at flirting but I sorta like this guy but I think he thinks of me as just a friend. I want to try to get closer with him in both a friend way and a flirtatious way. Anyone know how to get a guy?

Just be yourself, don't try to be someone you're not to get his attention. Maybe do some research on Google or find out what his hobbies are and stuff like that and see if you have anything in common to strike up in a conversation with him, let's say he likes soccer and you like soccer too you could talk about what positions you both play or who your favourite players are stuff like that
