Get icthammol sauve from Walmart or somewhere. In the pharmacy. I get them all the time. And this ointment will draw it out. It's lifesaver ointment! Lol

Go get it checked out right away! My mum got a cyst on her vagina and didn't get it looked at. After a week it turned black she couldnt walk and was put in hospital for two days and put under for surgery. They filled it with packing and what not and when she got that removed she said it was the most painful thing and she even had to get the green stick. Take no chances with things like that especially in that area.

Where is if located? I get things that look like this near my vagina. They are a zit and an ingrown hair which makes it inflamed and so big like that. Do you see a hair in it At all?

Pluck the hair out of it. Only try to pop it after a hot shower. Put antibacterial ointment on it
