Active mamas to be
Any active mamas to be recently feeling a huge decrease in what they've been able to do in the gym? Suddenly I can hardly do any of the workouts I've been doin for the past 33 weeks!!! Heart rate is elevating much faster than earlier and even the slightest cardio is making me nauseous and light headed 😫 I don't want this to be the end of workouts until 6w pp!!!
