I don't know what's happening...

So on Saturday I got fingered and I was sore on Sunday. Then Monday I noticed my vagina is itchy and it's inside. Normally I itch after my period (I finished Friday) but on the outside. Anyways I thought maybe it was just healing and wasn't sore. It hasn't stopped itching at today is day 3. Yesterday I spotted and it was only there when I wiped after using the restroom. Now today I woke up and when to pee and it burned. What's going on with my body? 😦
