Weight Loss
I had my baby January 10, and I just went to the doctor yesterday and found out that I haven't lost a single pound since March! 😩 About a month ago, I started running 3-4 times a week and then wearing my baby and walking the other days. (He weighs 18-19ish pounds) I FEEL better, but I really want to LOOK better. What have you ladies done to get back to where you want to be? Food/exercise suggestions would be much appreciated!Â
