Urine infection or growing pain?

UPDATE: it was a urine infection.
I'm 22 + 4 and having the worst cramps in the bottom of my belly. Not sure if it's something like a uti or if I'm just growing as I'm not that big yet. Anyone else in the same boat??

Only symptom I had was cramps and it is a uti (urine infection) you're always best to get checked out!

Could be either. It's best to have your urine tested at your next OBGYN visit. I've experienced both.

Does it hurt when you go to the toilet? Id get urine checked with midwife or doctor, just to be sure. I heard that untreated UTIs can lead to low birth weight or premature labour. Ive had a UTI 3 times this pregnancy, im on my second lot of anti biotics to treat it and its a absolute nightmare but rather take these than have an early baby x
