Are these early pregnancy symptoms?

So I ended ovulating about 5 days ago, we did the deed every day I was ovulating and I'm really hoping this is the month! I randomly got a yeast infection immediately followed by a UTI yesterday, I've never gotten a UTI when I haven't done anything sexual for five days, it's always been immediately after sex. So I'm wondering if a yeast infection and UTI are early pregnancy symptoms? Thanks ladies!😘
