Does anyone else get these? I'm talking about all the little red raised bumps that are closed pores. They're more on my upper shoulder than my arm. I can't touch them, because if I do they turn into actual pimples so obviously I don't want that. I already use an acne-free body scrub to exfoliate in the shower so how else can I get rid of these? I know it's not awful but it makes me self conscious when I'm wearing anything where you can see my shoulders and upper arms.
