So confusing

So I took 2 test both had faint lines. Went to the doctor did another it came out negative did a blood test so waiting. I showed my doctor the past test she was like ok she sees the lines. Before I went home brought a test took it it's negative. She sent me for an ultrasound as well. Ughhhh. So much cramps feeling like My period is about to drop smh but it's not due till Sunday. For the past 2 weeks I have been having issues even my doctor said yup pregnancy symptoms indeed BUTTTTTT.
