losing weight

Hey everyone. So lately, I've seen a lot of posts on here, on Instagram, Twitter, etc., that are like "1 like is 10 push-ups, a comment is sit-ups" or whatever. And I wanna say that, while its great that you're trying to exercise and get in shape, diet is a lot more important than exercise. If you want to lose weight, your diet is the most important thing. It is good to exercise and workout as well, but for the most part exercise is just going to tone you, not get rid of the weight. So, if you are disappointed or confused because you're exercising your ass off but losing little to no weight, it's probably because you're not changing the way you eat. If your goal is to lose weight, the best thing for you to do is eat right. Not that exercising and being active is a bad thing, but it's more than likely not going to help you lose weight. What it is good for, though, is toning your body so that you don't have loose skin from losing a lot of weight!
